B.I.P. and Elneo are merging

Why?

To simplify our collaboration and strengthen our service, Elneo has decided to merge its Belgian companies. This merger will enable us to better coordinate our activities and offer you a more efficient service, while maintaining the quality and proximity you have come to expect from us.

Accounting information as of 01/01/2026

For our customers

• Invoices issued from this date onwards will be issued by Elneo NV.
• Please pay your invoices into the bank account stated on each invoice: BE30 7320 0365 2911.
• All invoices must be paid into the new bank account, even if they relate to invoices issued in 2025.
• For questions: accounting@elneo.com

For our suppliers

• Address your invoices to Elneo NV.
• All invoices from 2025 addressed to BIP (Belgian Instrumentation Products bv) must be received by us at the latest on Wednesday, January 7, 2026.
• Belgian suppliers must send their invoices via Peppol (ID Elneo NV: 0208:0438681213).
• Invoices that are not submitted via Peppol can be sent by email to accounting@elneo.com. This also remains your contact address for questions.
